About Mason Williams

With over 10 years of experience in the technology and media industry, I have successfully led world-class A/V project deployments and product development for Fortune 500 companies worldwide, including Zoom, where I worked as a Technical Project Manager for 5.5 years. As a certified and skilled professional in Dante, Q-SYS, and Shure technologies, I have designed, implemented, and managed Zoom Rooms solutions for various clients, providing on-site surveys, hardware procurement, labor allocation, user training, and technical account management. I have also leveraged my UX/UI development expertise to create and launch Zoom's Zoom Room Demo Kit program, which achieved over 80% conversion rate and aligned cross-functional customer acquisition efforts between sales, marketing, and product teams. My mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity for businesses and individuals. I thrive in complex and challenging environments, where I can apply my problem-solving, resource management, and customer relationship skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies and trends, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow and contribute to the tech and media community.
