On the product side, I work with researchers, engineers, content, and annotator teams to turn fuzzy problem statements into concrete data specs, workflows, and quality pipelines.2. On the marketing side, I own the thought leadership & research pipeline, partnering with data scientists to turn experiments and benchmarks into stories that get read and sharedBefore Surge, I rebuilt growth programs at a B2B talent marketplace (MarketerHire), designed a RAG workflow (when it was still early) that grew conversions ~20x for ClickUp, launched a PR outreach department that drove ~25% of agency billings while cutting costs ~28%(Omniscient Digital), and helped 30+ independent music studios hit 10-15x ROAS on Meta during the pandemic.
