About Masoud Bayran

With over 10 years of experience in construction management, I’ve led a variety of residential and commercial projects from planning through execution—ensuring quality, safety, and cost-efficiency every step of the way. My expertise spans both field and office environments, with a focus on driving collaboration, optimizing processes, and delivering results. Since beginning my professional journey in Canada, I’ve been managing high-rise building envelope projects, overseeing complex facade scopes including Window Wall, Curtain Wall, Unitized Curtain Wall, SSG systems, Railings, and more. This role has deepened my technical knowledge and further strengthened my ability to manage large-scale, detail-intensive work within fast-paced construction settings. Across my career, I’ve contributed to projects totaling over sq. ft. in building area, with a combined value of more than $300 million—including significant scopes in facade and envelope systems. These projects have deepened my ability to lead cross-functional teams, adapt under pressure, and consistently align execution with vision. Outside of work, I enjoy photography and playing piano—creative passions that sharpen my perspective and bring balance to my life as a project leader and family man. I’m eager to continue growing, leading dynamic teams, and contributing to projects that shape the skylines of tomorrow.
