I'm a dynamic and results-driven monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) expert with over a decade of experience managing complex USAID-funded programs in the DRC within supporting MEL in Cameroon, CAR, Gabon and Congo Brazzaville from Kinshasa. Proficient in designing, implementing, and leading MEL strategies in low-resource settings, I have successfully developed performance monitoring plans, data collection tools, and quality assurance frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making and ensure donor compliance. I'm skilled in data quality assessments, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and disseminating actionable insights to stakeholders. I drive continuous program improvement by leading cross-functional teams to establish and execute learning agendas and adaptive management systems. He is highly adept in building local capacities and strengthening collaboration with the different government officials, implementing partners, and community stakeholders to foster sustainability. He is fluent in English, French, Lingala, and Swahili.
