About Massai Stefano
Graduated at University of Florence in Computer Science Engineering, I've started to work as Software Analyst and Developer to KME Italy S.p.A. Now I'm the IT responsible for all the developments in the Supply Chain area, leading a team of five members and some core IT projects. Experience in the analysis, implementation and being productive of complex IT systems, gained in a multinational company with different integrated systems, with complete management of IT Projects both as a Project Manager rather than as responsible of the entire Supply Chain development team, through which I have matured relational and managerial skills, deeply developed during the Executive MBA that I’ve completed in November 2013. As leader of the Supply Chain area I’m responsible also of managing the demand and the relation with the business, and supervising all the projects related to the core part of the ERP improvement. I’ve developed also a lot of business competences in Metal Industry, developed being fully involved in the analysis and the deployment of key projects in KME. I’m also involved in the definition of IT governance and of the IT processes, in the movement of KME towards an ITIL driven approach.
