Actually in charge of 0.85B€ project and Rolling Stock product portfolio in Egypt at Alstom transport. Previously General Manager in Prysmian Tianjin factory (LV and MV cable manufacturing plant), joint venture with local partner. Before GE Power (formerly Alstom Power) Environmental Control Systems for 10y, of which 6y in Beijing, as Project Director (with P&L) of 100+Meur project for new heavy fuel oil power plant Air Emission Control system, Saudi. Earlier as R&D and Technology Transfer Director. In earlier position, in Alstom I had the chance to reshape the existing engineering process, moving to latest available technologies and tools, raising the level of Engineering efficiency and quality. Here gained deep knowledge of Power Plants and Environmental Air Emission Control technologies for Power and Industrial application. Before to join Alstom, along with few pals we started up and developed an Engineering and consultancy Business Unit in Italy for a French group. Starting from just a small office and few contacts from previous jobs, we grew up to a branch of 200+ consultants working for differentiated industrial sectors.
