My professional career started in EIDOS spa in 1987 as Technical Developer in Designing Interactive Projects (Laser Disc Technology) In Philips Italy since 1988, I was involved in the Technical Support division for new products and projects in the Electronics and New Media Philips. New technologies were growing very quickly and my professional knowledge has been increased as well. We were Pioneers in the innovation and new digital world. From 1990 to 1994, my experience was focused on Interactive Design on multimedia solutions, when the Philips Media Studio, became a key country center in Europe for competences, research and developments of new pilot projects with new digital media. My role, was as Designer and Project Manager in several projects, B2B or Consumer market development. My job evolved from the digital multimedia forward to the Internet online channel communication. It is the when I landed in Reply Spa. My professional skills have grown with several training courses of team management,quality standard delivery (ISO),customer satisfaction and marketing and organisation management.
