I am expert ice cream maker since 1982, managing my business. And also, since 1996 I have opened a niche in the consulting field to enhance my experience and knowledge in the professional advice and then I work all over the world to start production and sales of ice cream that require know-how for the processing of raw materials and setting of the staff, management organization in order to give an imprint made in Italy to those who want to start a business in any area. I specialize mainly in manufacturing and processing of natural raw materials into ice cream or sorbet, and in the development and testing of the same origin as the native countries where they are available, from which to obtain unpublished tastes to customize the menus offered, to get innovative ideas offering of products. I am interested to make my experience available to companies wishing to venture into the world of ice cream in Europe and in new and more interesting emerging economies of Asia where I have also cultivated excellent relationships with support companies in this sector. Ensuring an image "Made in Italy" much sought after in these markets.
