About Massimo Crestanello

I’m currently working in the Facilities Management sector. My role as a Facilities Manager focuses on PMG’s Lower North Island and South Island assets. This includes the day to day operations as well as strategic planning for the funds under management and ownership. I’m very keen on ESG policies and reducing the impact our buildings have on the environment. I love to travel and experience exciting cultures. The areas I have visited include Australia, Africa, Europe, North America, Pacific Islands and many parts of Asia. Traveling has sparked a fire and realisation that having these experiences opens up the mind to different ways of thinking and appreciating the lives we have as well as improving communication with those around us. I also hope to put these skills to good use when working in a professional setting.
