I’m passionate about technology and have built my career around the design and delivery of CRM and CDP (Customer Data Platform) solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other best-of-breed technologies. My experience spans both project delivery and business development activities. I have deep, hands-on expertise across the Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service modules within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite. In my current role, I typically act as a solution lead, supporting both project execution and pre-sales initiatives. I work closely with international teams to develop and share valuable assets and propositions around Microsoft Business Applications, promoting effective methodologies and best practices to continuously enhance delivery quality and customer success. I’m passionate for technology and during my career I specialized in the design and delivery of CRM and CDP (Customer Data Platforms) solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and other best of breed technologies, taking care of the activities related to both delivery and business development. I have a complete and in-depth knowledge of the Sales, Marketing (Customer Insight), Customer Service and Field Service modules relating to D365 CE platforms. In my role I tipically play as solution lead in project delivery and pre-sales activities, I also collaborate with colleagues from various countries to create and share valuable assets and propositions for Microsoft Business Applications, while sharing effective methodologies and approaches to enhance the quality of project delivery. During my professional experience I also reinforced my skills and competencies by achieving PMP® certification from PMI institute and an Executive MBA at Bologna Business School.
