About Massimo Grigolon

With over 30 years in the DM-IVD industry as Scientific Affair and Marketing Manager I'm driving strategic growth and innovation. My contributions include leading the strategic marketing and commercialization of LumiraDx Platform, a Point of Care System, which substantially contributed to our revenue growth. I have played key roles in supporting multiple Marketing strategic processes, from opportunity scanning and commercial diligence to supporting a national sales. I’m motivated by driving strategic clarity throughout the organization and have been instrumental in supporting a company-wide transformation. My work in long-range planning balances ambition with practicality. I have also partnered across our BUs, functions, executive team to develop a tailored framework and process for portfolio management and resource allocation. In addition to my strategy role, I oversee the company’s government affairs function and have played a key role in securing and maintaining multiple government contracts.
