Technical management of Oil and Gas Project for design and fabrication of pressure vessel and heat exchangers in accordance with ASME Div.1 & Div.2, EN13445, VSR and TEMA R. My main tasks are: • Analysis of the applicable technical specification; • Material Technical Specification of plate, forging, fittings and tube exchangers (Step cooling, Hardness test, Chemical restriction, Mechanical test, Ultrasonic test, etc) to comply with: • NACE MR0103 • AXENS (IN 42 and IN 43) • API 934 (A-E) • UOP 3-11 and 3-12 (carbon steel and low alloy) • Supervision and check of Mechanical calculation (Pressure and structural); • Supervision and check during drafting phase of assembly and detail mechanical drawings; • Cooperation with quality department during design phase for weld bevel preparation and applicable non destructive examinations; • Technical support to workshop during fabrication; • Technical interface with engineering department of the contractor; • Technical coordination of the project team; Main projects: • SAIPEM – SHAH GAS PROJECT, Abu Dhabi 13 PRESSURE VESSELS, ASME DIV.1 & 2, ASME U STAMP) • BELLELLI ENGINEERING ( No.2 Heavy Wall Reactor ASME Div.1, U-STAMP ) • JACOBS - Marathon Petroleum Louisiana Refinery (No.4 High Pressure Heat exchanger in 2 ¼ Cr – ASME Div.1 – TEMA R – API 660 & 934,U-STAMP) • AMERICAN STYRENICS (No. 1 Heat exchanger – ASME Div.1 & TEMA R) • SNAMPROGETTI CANADA (9 High Pressure Heat Exchanger in 2 ¼ Cr, Canadian Natural Resources, ASME Div.1 – TEMA R – NACE MR0103 – API 660/934A, U-STAMP). Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessel and Heat exchanger according to ASME Div.1 & 2, VSR and TEMA R. • Finite Element Analysis with AUTODESK INVENTOR and ANSYS WORKBENCH; • Analysis according to ASME Div.2 Part 5: Protection against local failure with Elastic- Plastic analysis and tri-axial limit strain method; Fitness for Service according to API 579-1 / ASME FFS;
