About Massimo Martini

Working in Avio Aero, a GE Aviation business, in Turbines Engineering Department since February After experiences in several Programs covering different roles with increasing responsibilities, from september 2017 assigned to Chief Consulting Engineering Office as Turbine Mechanical System Consulting Engineer. In this position supporting the Design Process of Avio Aero LPT Programs both during the NPI and the mature phase. Mentoring, coaching and fostering the know-how spread through different Program lines are also part of the assignment. I was before covering the role of Engineering Program Leader (AKA Technical Leader): in this position acting as Project Manager with the responsibility of monitoring and executing engineering milestones either within the NPI (New Product Introduction) or Production phases and to achieve the engineering and product cost targets. During my experience at Avio I have spent several months colocated abroad at different OEM & Partners (e.g. GE Aviation, Snecma Moteurs) Engineering sites for Programs start up activities. Six sigma trained and Black Belt certified since september 2010.
