About Massimo Miotto

I am determined, motivated and dynamic professional. I am used to overcame any challenge situation with enthusiasm,initiative and creativity. I enjoy work independently but also believe in the benefit of working within a team. My current role see me leading in the procurement and logistic warehouse. Twenty years of experience in multinational companies, most of them inside Supply-Chain, Logistic and Operation Departments. Especially, in the last years, I've deeply developed my skills in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement (MRP) and Operation management. All along the 20 years, i' ve continuously increased my knowledge and competencies, learning day by day from the different situations and persons working with me (boss, pairs etc). Strong leadership, smart, lean and quick thinking, decision making and focus onto the comunication and economical aspects/targets are my main peculiarities.
