I have good skills in ITIL/ITSM (Service Manager Certified), Program and Project Management, Sale and Pre-Sale, Sale of "Pay per Use" printing solutions, human Resources Management, Problem Solving, Team Building. Attention to achieving Economic objectives and identifying opportunities for Upselling and Selling new services. Abilities of Leadership and Interpersonal Relations, I managed and coordinated direct and Business & Channel partner teams, motivating human resources.
