I’m responsible for Sales & Marketing of industrial automation and high frequency data measurement business units. I analyze the reference markets, realize the annual sales forecasts and check their trends for periodic reviews. I manage the customer base and define the commercial actions aimed at achieving the sales budget. As Product Manager I can define and organize the creation, development and start-up production of a new product on the market. I’m involved in the worldwide market of industrial automation. New customers, customer satisfaction and customer retention are the achievements of my daily efforts. The technology aimed at the progress of the daily life of people and the “machines intelligence” are my passions. My personal challenge is to increase companies' awareness of the value of automatic control and robotics innovation aimed at improving their processes and the development of their business. On the other side, my approach to the industrial automation market is focused on clients listening in order to be prepared for the next challenges and ready to satisfy them in the future. Starting from customer requirements, I try to explain the pros and cons between different automation solutions, describing the usefulness of most recent technologies in the automatic engineering. The expected result is the customer satisfaction who buys solutions with the features required at the right price. I graduated in Electronic Engineering, specialized in Information Technology with 30 years experienced in industrial control & ICT technical, sales and marketing roles: three fields of expertise, whose combination today is essential to effectively lead enterprise transformations with new technology applied to industrial electronics.
