About Massimo Puddu

Massimo joined European Commission as System Administrator focusing during re-organization of pharmaceutical regulatory department. In few years he covered the role of Team Member for Informatics Support of Environment Institute within Joint Research Centre. He joined EC in 1995 and he increased its professional skills within EC until 2003. He worked as Informatics Supporter, System Administrator, Team Leader, Developer, Helpdesk Manager, Project Manager Assistant, Service Delivery Manager He had a two years pause to work in Software House as devoleper in During this period he worked in team in order to develop a software for oil-depod automatization. After this pause, he resumed activity as Developer joining the Institute for Health and Consumer Protection (EC) based in Italy. He worked as Developer in EudraTrack Project, After he worked as Helpdesk Manager for several EUDRA’s Projects. After he worked as Project Manager Assistant in the Project EudraTrack Migration. During this period he managed the sensitive migration of ICT competency regarding EudraTrack from EC to other operator (BFARM). He obtained a mention for his work from Executive Director of IHCP and some letters of commendation from Health Ministers of Denmark, German and France From 2004 He joined EMC. He worked as Storage Specialist by external contracts and since July 2007 He become an employee of EMC. He work as Senior Storage Specialist. He worked for several italian telco company. he has taken service delivery manager role since 2010. He managed a residency service at H3G during 2010. Now he is involved as service delivery manager in managed service at Wind Telecomunicazioni.
