Electronic Engineer (Politecnico of Torino), also holding an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations (Business School University of Torino). Italian native, fluent in English, basic in Spanish. Fully computer literate. By serving for the major US Consultancies (Arthur Andersen now accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Global Business Services) and IT Companies (Unisys, Seer Technologies, IBM Software Group) I have got the ability to work in multiple business environments and industries, in highly complex, matrix, cross-border and multi-cultural organizations. Continuous learning from the market dynamics (digital disruption, impact of social media on B2B / B2C, green economy, demographic shifts.) gives me the opportunity to consider new best practices / ways of working and to challenge the ”status quo”. This to ensure that the digital journey generates more visibility and recognition in the marketplace and drives business growth. I have a natural business acumen and the ability to ”connecting the dots” to get the ”big picture”. Being a result-oriented leader I tend to be a pretty strategic / forward-thinking kind of individual, but my hands-on attitude forces my attention also on the execution of short-term tasks.
