Hello my name is Massimo Spinello. I am recent graduate of the mechanical engineering program at George Brown College and I am pursuing employment. I have a great interest in the machining and the hands on aspect, which would work perfectly with your company and appreciate position. I have an excellent set of skills that I can combine to get any job complete, but I will only list my top three. Problem solving is the first one; I am capable of assessing a situation, identifying the problem, and finding a solution. Communication is another key skill I possess when working; I can communicate clearly to form collaborative work between me and the people around me, as well as allowing involvement and keeping an open mind for all options. Lastly is creativity, this can help in problem solving situations or in coming up with solutions and new ideas to an issue. All these skills help me learn and grow not only as an engineer, but as a person as well.
