About Massimo Tornambe

I am looking to enter New York City’s residential real estate industry and gain as much experience in the field as possible. My goal is to attain a hands-on understanding of the transactional side of real estate, how to properly market properties and how to effectively compose and close deals. My past endeavors have provided me with the building blocks to achieve my goals. At the media company Popdust, I learned how to complete projects efficiently and how to comport myself in a business environment. As a project intern for Creditntell, I became proficient in Microsoft Excel and learned how to source specific information from an extensive database. During my time as the Social Chair for my fraternity, I assembled other organizations in order to plan events. In my role as Vice President of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, I consistently galvanized group members towards a specific goal within determined deadlines. As a server at Leon's, I multitasked under a series of managers and garnered invaluable experience in customer service. My experience in tandem with the topics covered in the various Real Estate, Economics, Marketing and Management classes in my course load have equipped me with the tools necessary to become a successful Sales Agent.
