For over 25 years, managing IT technical infrastructure, primarily for Italian operating companies, supporting the growth and evolution of IT technology in the company. Responsible for all technology activities (end-user equipment, identity management, server, datacenter, networking, security, licensing, etc.), from implementing new technologies to supporting running infrastructure so to meet expectations from the business. Following three years as Global Service Desk Manager, now serving as Manager of Global IT Operations. This role allows to oversee global IT infrastructure across Networks, Systems, and Workplaces, managing both reactive and proactive support, licensing, maintenance, and monitoring activities. This role has also provided extensive experience in managed services management in the different areas. Daily focus is on fostering continuous improvement, ensuring process clarity, maximizing cost efficiency, and maintaining optimal operational status, being involved in discussions related to emerging technologies in light of the company’s IT operational needs. Effective team management, ensuring alignment, and promoting open communication and smooth collaboration at all levels spanning across the globe are priorities.
