I have worked with entrepreneurs at a variety of stages (startup, IPO, public markets, and innovative nonprofits) to help drive scalable growth, develop high-performing teams, and achieve successful exits. Following a broad career in corporate finance in the technology sector, I focus now on what I am most passionate about: building organizations around enterprising ideas, and mentoring early stage entrepreneurs and future business leaders. With expertise in translating strategic ambitions to programmatic initiatives, I delight in nurturing an organization’s interdisciplinary “connective tissue” in order to build operating and financial plans that are cohesive and actionable, and that provide clear line of sight to quantifiable, targeted outcomes. I convey complex information with clarity and perspective, and encourage exploration and dialogue with colleagues, clients, investors, boards, and most recently, undergraduate finance students.
