In my current role, I manage the recruitment, training, and development of seafarers for various vessels and clients, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, standards, and best practices. I collaborate with the crewing, operations, and quality departments to optimize the performance and well-being of seafarers and promote a culture of safety and excellence. In my previous role as a Training Superintendent at Bahri, I gained valuable experience in ship operation, safety management, and training delivery. I have improved the crew retention rate, created training from scratch, and by doing so, improved overall crew performance. I am skilled in planning, risk assesment, root cause analysis, and training management. I am passionate about enhancing the maritime industry's standards and practices, and supporting the development and growth of seafarers.
