I like to make things. I like to break things. I like to transform research data and business insights into delightful brand experiences. Some of these brand experiences are made from taking a new idea and developing a brand identity around it. Sometimes it’s deconstructing a stale brand and re-invigorating it with realigned brand identity and messaging. I’ve implemented and led a brand development process and creative team at a category-leading online retailer. I’ve designed, developed, and positioned a family of brands to target category opportunities. I've also helped establish a thriving digital department at one of Charlotte, North Carolina's premier advertising agencies. I've successfully helped grow the department from one employee to a team of digital designers, developers, content strategists, and project managers – all working in concert through a proven workflow and process I implemented. My professional experience ranges from designing email campaigns to online display banners, from micro-sites to large-scale websites that see 3.6 million unique visits a year. I’m comfortable working on digital content brands as much as ecommerce brands that see multi-millions in revenue. My work has been featured on CNN and VH1. My client experience ranges from startup to Fortune 50. I enjoy being able to fall in love with a brand problem, and use my years of experience in branding, digital design, usability, UX design, web development, creative ideation, and online best-practices to craft an effective business solution.
