About Mateus Bernardes

I’m a management consultant with over 5 years of experience transforming strategy into measurable results. At Falconi, I’ve led and supported projects across Brazil and the United States, focusing on results-driven management, strategy deployment, process improvement, and daily operations management — in both public and private sectors.I hold a degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasília (UnB), and a postgraduate certificate in Digital Transformation and Agility from FIA Business School. I'm passionate about connecting technology, people, and management to generate sustainable impact.I believe great results come from asking the right questions. Management is not just about methodology — it’s about culture and disciplined execution.Currently, I’m looking to expand my work through projects that demand strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and a strong focus on operational efficiency.
