I have over 20 years of professional experience, mainly in the gemba.My background has been built up in a wide variety of sectors and has given me the basis for leadership roles, team management and project management, always working with a strong sense of ownership and a lot of responsibility.Over the years, I have been able to develop skills in the implementation of maintenance methodologies and project management in industrial plants, process improvements, analysis of critical data and implementation of maintenance planning and control, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset management. I have experience in executing and monitoring civil and industrial works, improving manufacturing and production environments, mapping flows, surveying the needs of new facilities and preparing technical descriptions.With the implementation of the TPM methodology, I was able to supervise electrical, electronic, utilities and mechanical maintenance teams, defining maintenance policies, strategies, guidelines and standards for the plants where I worked.I actively participated in choosing the types of maintenance and strategies to be adopted for each type of equipment and in drawing up targets and indicators (KPIs), seeking improvements and always ensuring the highest possible availability of assets.Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance requirements and Regulatory Standards related to manufacturing processes and auditing facilities to ensure compliance with technical standards and best safety and manufacturing practices.I also had experience in the entire production and maintenance administrative field (accountability, management reports, monthly forecasting, monthly reconciliation, annual budgeting, negotiating with suppliers and customers).
