About Mateus Moretti

I'm a Staff Product Designer at Neon, a fintech that offers solutions to millions of Brazilians. I have more than nine years of experience in design, with specializations in Interaction Design, Metrics, Emotional Design, UX Strategy and Digital Marketing. At Neon, I work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to create and evolve digital products, from conception to delivery, using tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Firebase and Lúmen, our Design System. I also contribute to the company's creative direction and design strategy, seeking to understand users' needs and behaviors, and generate value for the business and people. Before Neon, I worked as a Product Designer at Kroton and Cogna, one of the largest education companies in the country, where I led design projects for online and in-person teaching platforms. Throughout my career, I have worked with large and small brands from different segments, such as Anhanguera, Unopar, Unimed, B2W, Serasa Experian, Chevrolet, among others. I am passionate about technology and the study of the human mind, and I believe in the plurality of ideas and design as a way of building relevant products and meaningful experiences.
