About Mateus Mosse

As a Senior Manager Corporate Affairs at Sasol, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies that position Sasol as a valued partner and good corporate citizen of Mozambique. I report to the Country Managing Director and lead a department that supports all the Sasol entities and licenses in the country, in matters of stakeholder engagement, communication, and corporate social responsibility. With over 25 years of combined experience in corporate affairs and human resources, I have a demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, communications, and social responsibility. I am also a qualified lawyer registered with the Mozambican Bar Association, with over 15 years of experience in legal corporate advisory on labour relations. I am the author of a book on labour relations in Mozambique, and I hold a master's degree in sociology of development from Eduardo Mondlane University. I am passionate about creating a harmonious and productive working environment for Sasol and its communities in Mozambique, and I am committed to advancing the socio-economic benefits of Mozambique.
