For several years I' have been managing a great team of employees in Doka Polska, together with whom we work for efficient operational activities of the distribution center in Bydgoszcz. Care about my own and my employees' development. Shaping a proactive attitude, work on improving processes. Interested in new technologies which I try to adapt and implement in the work of my warehouses since 2015. By commitment, learning and not giving up after failures, I strive to achieve the business goals of the company and my own. I'm feeling well in the environment of an international company.
