Through my professional career in different fields, I built and developed key management skills, but also came to understanding what gives me satisfaction at work, this is to say a blend of individual, and group projects that further develop my knowledge, and build on further on my existing skills. To add more, a number of completed individual, and group projects shown my ability to deliver these projects within the specified time frame, while ensuring their highest-quality, backed up by detailed reports and data. While undertaking projects, I ensure that all business concepts, and the core company values are taken into consideration, and are present in the assigned task. On a daily basis, my role requires me to undertake swiftly decisions that are efficient and effective. This is done via regular communication with fellow team members, and professional cooperation with other departments within the company. My confidence and success in managing people, and in communicating with them has been demonstrated by a number of daily issues that were resolved in a way to deliver a positive outcome. Moreover, a well developed communication with my team members provides me with satisfaction, and allows me to take further actions that will foster further growth of the company. As a Goods Flow Team Leader within the Logistics Department, I am required to perform in a dynamic way, to ensure that all processes occur at the right time, and at the right place, while taking into consideration the requirements of other departments.
