I am a recent graduate beginning a career in public service. Before beginning my role, I took time to travel around South East Asia. I now aim to commit myself to my career and build on my previous achievements. In my current role as a Parliamentary Caseworker I apply my interdisciplinary expertise and passion for public service to support constituents effectively. With a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Nottingham, specialising in Politics and Philosophy, I have honed an analytical mindset and refined my communication skills, enabling me to navigate complex socioeconomic and administrative challenges. As a Polish immigrant who grew up in the UK, I bring a multicultural perspective and proficiency in both English and Polish, which enriches my ability to address diverse issues. My background spans various roles in customer service and administration, where I have learned to manage high volumes of enquiries with empathy and precision. I am experienced in utilising CRM systems to ensure the secure handling of sensitive information and case management. I excel at breaking down intricate processes into accessible guidance, thereby fostering clarity and trust. I pride myself on my research skills, effectively and compellingly summarising large chunks of information. Committed to continuous learning, I actively engage in community fundraising, political events and volunteer work. I try to make a meaningful impact on my community by contributing to solutions and uniting diverse perspectives. I have a genuine passion for serving those around me by attentively listening to every voice and engaging in each conversation with empathy, fairness, and deep understanding.
