About Matheus Castro

I'm a goal-focused professional with the ability to work in a group, in a busy environment, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and work ethic. I possess logical thinking and the ability to approach problem-solving practically. I'm an industrial engineer and I have a great experience as a manager, coordinator and analyst at different kinds of manufacturing companies. I feel very comfortable to work in production processes and management. I have implemented the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in some companies as a coordinator. Moreover, I usually provided training to all the employees about Lean Manufacturing. Also, I have increased the speed of the production line in a company's project and decreased the defect index, as an intern. I have knowledge of many tools, such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc. I have many skills and abilities, like leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, presentations, reports, teamwork, problem-solving, facilitator, task management, hard worker, motivation, client and colleague relationship and committed to continuous improvement. I have started my MBA in Bussiness Management, and I am looking forward to applying my new skills.
