HR professional with over 10 years experience and a career developed in national and multinational companies such as Care Plus Salvador Clean, Bombril S.A, Aceco TI, Jive Communications, Tata Consultancy Brazil, Boeing Brasil, Santana Textiles, Bahia Specialty Cellulose, Sereng Engenharia and Pec-Tech Engenharia, with experience in international contact with corporate HR. I have experience in HR processes management, involving organizational development, policies, definition and management of indicators, talent management and performance using BSC methodologies, SMART concept, 9 box grid, implementation of budget planning, succession planning, fixed remuneration and variable (Short and Long term) for all levels and benefits. I have knowledge of interface level payroll and financial analysis of human resources as well as in transition processes between unions and union negotiations. I worked in processes of downsizing, spin-off, restructuring of organizations, outsourcing and insourcing of areas. I graduated in Business Administration from the State University of Bahia, Executive MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources from FGV, graduated as Coach by SLAC and I have taken Leader Coach courses from ICI.
