Current RoleI am a mechanical engineer working in automotive maintenance for agricultural and on-road equipment in the sugar-energy sector. I currently serve as a Trainee at Lins Agroindustrial, developing fleet reliability projects, process standardization, and initiatives in infrastructure, technology, and innovation.I work with predictive maintenance based on laboratory analyses (spectrophotometry, TAN, TBN), technical KPI management, operational procedure development, and support for workplace safety.
