About Mathew Haley

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of people, processes, and problem-solving. Growing up, I watched my parents navigate the challenges of running their electrical contracting business, which gave me an early appreciation for operations and business systems. I took an accelerated path through the Running Start program at Pierce Community College, earning an associate degree in business before transferring to Eastern Washington University. Along the way, I gained experience in nonprofit leadership, helping a growing church community navigate business challenges on a tight budget, and completed an internship in B2B marketing at Submeter Solutions. After graduating, I joined Resonate, contributing to its expansion from 7 to 21 churches. As Director of Operations, I focused on building scalable systems that supported growth without losing a personal touch. I later transitioned to Leland & Company, a boutique real estate team within RE/MAX Inland Empire, where I developed operational playbooks to improve efficiency and communication. Currently, I’m a Reconstruction Estimator at Pure Restore, where I assess and price restoration projects, negotiate with insurance adjusters, and refine business processes to improve efficiency and workflow. I enjoy blending analytical thinking with real-world problem-solving to create systems that work. Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, Emily, and our chocolate lab, Sawyer. I enjoy reading history, skiing, traveling, playing baseball and guitar, and tackling DIY projects. I'm also committed to serving my community and church, always looking for ways to contribute meaningfully.
