Over a decade, I've grown with the business—from processing individual orders to becoming Director with equity, building a 10-person team, and implementing the systems that process orders and £15m+ in turnover. As co-founder of CACTWS, I've applied these lessons to independent retail, managing everything from seasonal buying with international brands to daily operations. This dual perspective—e-commerce and brick-and-mortar—has given me a comprehensive understanding of what makes retail businesses succeed. I'm a self-taught problem solver who thrives on challenges.
