With experience spanning two decades at leading organizations, my journey has taken me from pioneering early online learning initiatives to spearheading the $65M Anteater Learning Pavilion, a living laboratory for advancing the science of learning. A common thread in my work is building bridges across diverse teams to ensure that changes are supported by shared ownership and long-term capacity building. Whether providing learning solutions for organizations of or leading multi-year research studies on learner engagement, I believe empowering and valuing people is the foundation of positive change. As advancements in AI raise the stakes even further, my priority is keeping human needs at the center of the conversation, ensuring decisions are informed through transparency and enable individual agency.
