About Mathias Claeys

I've graduated from the TU Delft as a master in aerospace engineering. This concluded a big chapter of my life with a nice track record; my internship with SITA and thesis research at Airbus really put me on the right track to get into my future career. Furthermore, I believe that my experience as an animator and the followed leadership course will help propel me forward into a suitable management/leadership position. During my first years as a consultant I have continued to hone the soft skills required to get to these leadership positions. As an early professional leadership is not just handed to you, however this does not equate to an obligation to wait for that to happen. I have seized the opportunities that I found, and grown into a leader within my team. Stepping up in challenging times and actively contributing to its development and overall well-being. I have been involved in everything from change management to individual training and plan to continue to do so.
