I am a senior leader with more than 20 years experience in different C-level roles, both in start-up organisations as well as large multinational companies. I am a coaching leader with a result oriented focus and I make things happened. During my years as a leader I have practice my diplomatic skills and therefore I often handle negotiations that have reached a deadlock. I love to see individuals/teams/organisation to grow and lead organisations to reach new levels. I have a very pragmatic and easy going personality and makes new contacts very easily. I have been successful in, starting up organisations, turned-around companies from lost to profit and improved organisation to reach a stable and profitable business. I love working in a dynamic and stimulating environment where I together with my colleague challenge each other to develop, both as individual as well as company. My personal goal is to further develop and practice my sales, leadership and business skills in a c-level role in an international environment.
