About Mathias Keding

As the COO of Singula, a company that creates space for innovation and collaboration, I lead and manage the sales and recruitment functions. With over 15 years of experience in R&D projects, I have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, hardware development and production, and charging functionality for e-mobility. I am passionate about applying agile methods and active listening to empower and enable my colleagues, customers, and partners. I believe in the individual's own ability to solve problems by themselves or in a group, and I always focus on the customer and the quality of the deliverables. I am honest, reliable, dedicated, and organized, and I take initiative and responsibility for the outcomes of my work. I enjoy working in a group with others, where I take an active role and contribute to the solutions. My goal is to continue to develop my capabilities in leading people and organizations, and to drive innovation and growth.
