About Mathias S.

I am a management generalist with more than 12 years of experience in operating and growing tech companies. Originating from an educational background in tax law and audit I realized early that I’d thrive more in product driven companies than in consulting roles. This led me to dive deep into requirements engineering and stakeholder management in the context of agile project management and product development, all in the highly competitive environment of global digital markets. Learning by doing I acquired a strong understanding of cloud systems, process automation and navigating complex regulatory environments. With my primary interest always being to do the best possible job, I keep an open mind with regards to frameworks and tooling. As a business owner I also understand when to stop questioning and start trusting my teams and how to lead from the front not only in success, but also in situations of various degrees of disaster.
