About Mathias Saal

Stand heute bin ich seit etwa 20 Jahren im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung/Projektleitung mit Personalverantwortung für Softwareprojekte in den Bereichen Militär, Banken, Energieversorger und Möbelbranche tätig gewesen. Aktuell bin ich Abteilungsleiter im Bereich "Daten-Enteicklung" bei der SHD AG mit Verantwortung für ca. 26 Mitarbeitern in den Abteilungen Datenerfassung und Softwareentwicklung. Neben meinen Kenntnissen in der Elektrotechnik und meinem Fachwissen in der Softwareentwicklung liegen meine Stärken in der Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit mich und andere zu motivieren. Meine Kernkompetenz liegt in der Java Software Entwicklung, wo ich vom Softwaredesign bis zur Führung eines oder mehrerer Teams nach unterschiedlichen Methoden, z.B. Agil oder Wasserfall, meinen Ehrgeiz zum Erfolg der Firma einsetze. Was sich wie ein konstanter, roter Faden durch mein Arbeitsleben zieht, sind die Daten. Daten ist der Kraftstoff von Software.<> Today I have been working for about 20 years in software development / project management as line manager with disciplinary responsibility in software projects for industry sectors of military, banks, energy and furniture. Currently I'm "Head of DataDevelopment" at the SHD AG with responsibility for 26 employees in the departments of data creation and software development Beside my knowledge in electrical engineering and my expertise in the software development my strengths are in the communication and the ability to motivate myself and others. My core competence lies in the Java software development. In this field I put all my ambitions for success of the company from designing the software and/ or guiding one or more teams using different methods, eg Agile or Waterfall. The constant thread that runs through my working life is the data. Data is the fuel of software.
