About Mathias Sander

Within my 22 years with ECE I was able to learn and teach myself nearly everything you need to know about the shopping centre industry. Being responsible for marketing and commercialization in one of Europe's largest and leading operators of shopping centres allowed me to try out new means of marketing and to implement structures and processes that helped these business fields to professionalize and to grow significantly within the last years. I am a dedicated team player fascinated by the ever-changing dynamics in the retail industry and I have a faible for retail concepts built on quality, service and expertise. In my role with Dan Pearlman I bring in my knowledge and experience to the benefit of the various real estate and retail clients and projects we have the pleasure to work with and on. As a freelancer I have worked on a broad variety of projects ranging from communal consultancy (revitalization of city centres and suburban hubs) to retail expansion, not to forget I serve as lecturer for real estate marketing at bbw Hochschule in Berlin.
