About Mathieu Allain

Bilingual technical team leader (commerce solutions) with over 24 years of experience in the information technology field. I’m a consistent high performer who has developed a wide range of skills that makes me an asset in any organization. My current role is a mix of leadership and technical work. On the leadership side, I have 4 direct reports, and I’m responsible for all leadership tasks for those reports. Some of my responsibilities are resource management, timesheet approvals, regular one on one meetings with direct reports, vacation approvals, yearly performance reviews, salary allocation and setting team goals. I’m also responsible for project planning, do cost/time analysis on any potential statement of work and assign projects to my team based on expertise and availability. My responsibilities also include participating in the hiring of new employees, writing technical documentation, and managing complex projects.
