About Mathieu Dumaillet

I have over 10 years of experience working in corporate finance advisory alongside corporates and private funds. Currently, I work as Director in Valuation and Business Modeling at Alvarez & Marsal, where I have advised clients on M&A transactions, tax reorganization and asset management in the energy transition, logistic and technology sectors. I have coordinated other Alvarez & Marsal practices, including risks, legal, tax, due diligence, and value creation, to deliver integrated solutions to our clients. I am deeply involved in value creation projects for our clients in France, Switzerland and other European countries. Previously, I worked for nine years at a Big Four in France and in Australia for two years. I am CFA Charterholder, member of the CFA Society Switzerland and hold a Master of Science in Financial Markets from EDHEC Business School. I am fluent in French and English.
