About Mathieu Genefort

Positive and highly enthusiastic, I’m an innovative leader in Energy, Digital and Sustainability transitions, with an extensive experience in leading major transformation programs in the energy and public sectors, in France and internationally. Graduated with IT and eco-design / environmental management master’s degrees, I’m passionate about making a difference regarding the climate change and decarbonation challenges and convinced that IT & Digital have a key role to play to succeed in those challenges. I lead agile transformation workshops with organizations for more performance, engagement and well-being. I value autonomy, teamwork as well as empowering people to deliver value to the business. My interpersonal skills and sense of organization allow me to succeed in challenging projects with clients, and to adapt quickly to new contexts.
