Master 1 student at Grenoble École de Management (GEM) General Secretary of GEM Store, France's leading student purchasing center (sales: As General Secretary of GEM Store, France's leading student purchasing center, I manage a team of 50 members with passion and dynamism, while steering associative HR projects. Strategic management, recruitment, sales: each mission is an opportunity for me to make a difference and add value! This summer at The Adecco Group, I had the opportunity to take charge of the recruitment of penurious profiles, to increase my skills in personnel management and to participate in the implementation of stimulating HR projects! These assignments enabled me to develop my skills in HR project management, active listening and talent support, while discovering the human and operational challenges of the sector. My objective? To combine active listening, talent coaching and people management to meet HR challenges that have a positive impact on working environments. Looking for a Human Resources internship starting May 2025 (6 months): HRBP, Talent Acquisition Intern, HR Generalist, HR Partner or HR Consultant. Availability in Île-de-France or Hauts-de-France.
