About Mathieu Larive

Agility isn't imposed, it's tried and tested". I discovered agility in 2010, and in it I found ways of helping the teams at the startup I was managing to deal with changing priorities while keeping a common goal in sight and continuing to produce value. Above all, I found myself putting into words the discrepancy I had felt since the start of my professional life between my way of being and the dirigisme of the various managers I had worked with. So I've taken on the roles of transformation agent, Product Owner, Scrum Master and trainer, with the common thread being the role in which I find myself the most: Agile Coach. For several years now, I've been helping client and in-house teams and organisations to ensure that their agile transformations are not just a goal, but a means of achieving their real objectives (after helping them to identify them ^^). Within my company, as leader of the Agile Guild, I contribute to this knowledge by leading this community of almost members and by encouraging them to carry out their experiments, then to share collectively what has worked and/or what they have learned.
