I especially enjoy setting up team spirit through Knowledge Sharing workshops & Business Intelligence strategy in order to get everyone motivated and rapidly up to speed. Because CRM processes are at the heart of the company strategy, from functional requirements analysis and knowledge management to business development through business intelligence and communication; my scope includes a wide range of services from customer loyalty programs to sales programs implementation (Up-selling/Cross-selling/New Business acquisition) through business relationship development, project management, project feasibility evaluation, market studies, team buildings, coaching and trainings.
