About Mathieu Rimaud

An entrepreneur dedicated to innovation in orthopedics, I bring 25 years of operational and marketing leadership in the medical device industry. My career has been defined by bringing new technologies to the market, first as a pioneer in robotics-assisted surgery and today, as CEO of Twinsight, as an innovator in AI-powered digital twin software to improve patient outcomes after orthopedic surgery. At Twinsight, I lead overall strategy and operational management, as well as legal, accounting, and regulatory compliance. I have helped build a team of thirteen people that includes both technical and quality-regulatory experts. As cofounder of a medtech startup, my responsibilities also include securing grants and fundraising, managing relationships with key opinion leaders (knee surgeons), and developing strategic partnerships with implant manufacturers and technology companies.
